1. What WealthPilot is
WealthPilot is an investment intelligence, planning, simulation and education platform for residents of the UAE. It provides research tools, deterministic calculators, scenario modelling, AI-written explanations and reports. It is not a bank, broker, fund manager, financial adviser or real-estate brokerage.
2. No personal financial advice
Nothing on WealthPilot is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment, or to enter any property transaction. Outputs are general research based on the information you provide and on third-party data. You are responsible for your investment decisions and for obtaining licensed advice where you need it. WealthPilot is not licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority, VARA or the Central Bank of the UAE as an advisory service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may hold one account.
4. Plans, credits and refunds
Plans are one-time purchases that unlock features and include WealthPilot Credits. Credits meter research actions at the rates shown on the pricing page and never expire while your account is active. Credits and plans are not transferable and have no cash value. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Data and projections
Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; we show its source and freshness and mark missing data as unavailable. Projections use illustrative assumptions and are not forecasts or guarantees. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to provide advice to third parties without the required licences.
7. Intellectual property
WealthPilot, its engines, content and design are owned by the operator. Your reports are yours to use for personal purposes.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, WealthPilot is not liable for investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are notified in the product. You may close your account at any time from account settings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
